Candidate must have taken the KCET/COMED-K entrance exam.

Eligibility Criteria for B.Arch. Course (5 Years):

Candidate must have scored at least 50% in 10+2 (40% for SC/ST/Cat-1/OBC candidates).
Candidate must have scored a minimum of 50% in Physics, Mathematics, and Chemistry.
Candidates must have appeared for the NATA exam conducted by The Council of Architecture and scored a minimum of 40%.

Eligibility Criteria for MBA Course (2 Years):

Candidates must have a 3-year Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university.
Candidates must have scored an aggregate of 50% (45% for SC/ST/Cat-1) of marks in all the years of the degree examination.
Candidates must have appeared for at least one of the following entrance exams: KMAT, CMAT, MAT, or PGCET.

Eligibility Criteria for MCA Course (2 Years):

Candidates must have a 3-year Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university.
Candidate must have scored an aggregate of 50% (45% for SC/ST/Cat-1) in all years of the degree examination, with Mathematics/Statistics/Computer Science/Computer Programming/Computer Applications/Business Mathematics/Business Statistics as one of the optional subjects/electives at the degree level.
Candidates must have appeared for either the KMAT or PGCET entrance exams.
